Breakfast: $1.75 per meal (available between 7:am - 7:45am)

Before School Supervision

Students arriving from:

7:00-7:30am = $6.50 per student

7:30-8:00am = $4.50 per student

8:00-8:15am = no charge

After School Supervision

Students leaving between:

3:45-4:00pm = $4.00 per student

4:00-4:30pm = $6.50 per student

4:30-5:00 pm = $7.50 per student

5:00-5:15pm = $8.50 per student

5:15-5:30pm = $12.00 per student

After 5:30pm = late fee charge of $12.00 plus $1.00 for each additional minute

After School Sports Clubs

All Grades Volleyball: $190.00 per student + price of jersey & shorts about $70

3rd & 4th grade Basketball: $120.00per student (no jersey—school PE uniform)

5th & 6th Grade Basketball: $190.00per student + price of jersey & shorts about $70

7th & 8th Grade Basketball: $190.00per student + price of jersey & shorts about $70

7th & 8th Grade Basketball 2nd league: additional fee from $125 to $160, depending on how many students are on the team.

Soccer league: $190.00 per student + price of jersey & shorts about $70

Cheerleading Team $120 per student + price of outfit about $150

• 12 Month Payment Plan July 1 through June 1 -- not available if you register after July 31st

• New Family Discount $500 off tuition

• 15% off tuition discount – Members of Midwest Bible Church in good standing

• 40% off tuition discount -- Full-time pastor and chaplain discount (with documentation)

• Referral Discount of $500 off tuition per new family referred. The amount is credited when the referred family has enrolled, attended and paid tuition for one month. Referral discount will be applied toward next month’s tuition.

• Paid-in-Full Tuition Discount - $250 discount for one child, $350 for family of two or more students. Tuition must be paid in full by August 15th.

• Tuition Assistance applications are available for registered families only. Applications can be obtain from MCA office after paid registration for the next school year. (Limited funds available, no guarantees)
